we (mom/sr) & I pd $12/$13 but I see the admission prices are changing 6/13. they are hoping people will spend more time at museum (and I'm sure you can) and community (not sure what else is going on in area). they are offering more tours (+ costs) and activities. I love old homes & spent most of the time there (would have liked to have spent more time in library/museum but we got there too late in afternoon). based on my interest, I would have still felt I got my value with the new prices. new price (6/13 on) can be found on their website. I just read the article about the new prices and what's being added. I went in winter & (as I mentioned) later in day, so no time spent on grounds, which I was told (at lunch restaurant) is peaceful & lovely. I would like to read more about this family because the wife seemed quite remarkable too (brought family to visit during civil war, the camp where husband was). I may have to buy from site as my library had one small kids book on President. or I need to return & spend more time there!
We would like to visit the burial site without doing the tour or seeing the library. Is that possible? If we still have to pay admission, how much is it?

One correction to an earlier post - the museum and home are now open for tours (there was renovation going on the first part of the summer), admission to either is $7.50 each or …
One correction to an earlier post - the museum and home are now open for tours (there was renovation going on the first part of the summer), admission to either is $7.50 each or $13.00 for both. You can walk the grounds and see the burial site without paying admission, but it would be a shame to go all the way to Fremont and not see both, it does not take that much time to tour (you could do both in 2 hours or less if you are in a hurry). It is a a good idea to call ahead of your visit, sometimes they have special events (like Civil War re-enactments) on site.
