SHENZHEN, Jan. 16 (Xinhua) -- Siemens Healthineers, a German health technology company, has begun construction on a new manufacturing and research facility in south China's technology hub Shenzhen.
Siemens Healthineers broke ground on a new research, development and manufacturing base in Shenzhen, Guangdong province, on Thursday, with an investment exceeding 1 billion yuan ($136.66 million).
Opcenter is Siemens’ software for MES, and with support for multi-plant architectures, it reduces the burden on regional IT teams and helps to lower overall Total Cost of Ownership.
