At first, you need to open the Touch keyboard setting page. To do that, press Win+I to open Windows Settings and go to Personalization > Touch keyboard. Here you can find a Custom theme option.

If the above method, fails to yield the desired results then, you could try this as a last resort – configure the Touch keyboard set up. For this, Go to Settings again and ‘Devices’ option.
