Perhaps bums are given free used shoes.Everyone else buys new shoes and if you're so destitute then go to the Salvation Army and they'll give you a $100 to buy some shoes.

2010年3月5日 · I think knowing the "provenance" of an used item certainly helps. This site provides a mechanism to get to know our potential transaction partners. Ebay is less like that, and I doubt that I'd buy many used shoes from them (I've purchased 1 pair). I do buy used items (mainly jackets - but sometimes suits).
