I assumed first that this was a short to ground due to rubbed or exposed wire, but I have spent hours and hours investigating that possibility with no luck. I then began checking components.

2024年3月19日 · One thing to check for though is corrosion/ melted connections from the wiring coming out from stator going into the reg/rect. If it's not a stator issue, it could also be the flywheel. It might be worth the cost of a service manual for some of those checks, @Valley Wrenchin might have a copy.

2024年3月9日 · Hoping to get a little help. I have a 2019 Ranger 570 EFI Full Size. I recently did some maintenance work (oil change-spark plug, etc.) and cleaned up some wiring issues, from the previous owner. Also replaced the rear axles and installed a new power steering kit. Test drive, several times and all was good.
