2020年4月1日 · Nurse and 4thtime mom here. Desitin has zinc and is amazing with rashes. HOWEVER, if Desitin doesn’t work... and this case it sounds like it could be yeast.

2024年12月16日 · My LO has a yeast diaper rash. Is prescribed nystatin, but we’ve been using it for almost a min now and it doesn’t seem to be getting much better. Any tips please. I’m using corn starch to make sure he is completely dry, using Desitin extra strength. Bath every other day.

2024年11月12日 · Our ped said she loved a combination of 1:1:1 of nystatin, diaper cream & hydrocortisone. Ours went away with just hydrocortisone while we were waiting for our nystatin prescription. Could give it a try. Some other things we did that seem to help is got Burt’s bees diaper cream and powder and use those.
