2024年5月17日 · I received my Yahoo email notice last night, which was the last email I got through my MS Outlook. Cox and Yahoo have totally cut off my access to email through Outlook. I followed the Yahoo online instructions to transition my Cox email to Yahoo email and it failed. I use SMTP and my changes match exactly the Yahoo instructions.

POP will download all emails located in your Inbox to the PC for storage. Any emails in folders that you have created, that are not in the Inbox, will need to be moved to the Inbox first.

This documentation says that unread email in Inbox will be deleted after 60 days. Had none of the lost email in Inbox been read? As long as a person doesn't exceed their Webmail storage limit, this policy only seems to benefit Cox by reducing storage space used by customer email.

2019年4月24日 · I know when I used my Son’s email address to send an email to Cox that they would get it as I CC’d a copy to my Cox email account and I received it. I just check my email account on Cox via their WebMail page using Safari and I received it. Therefore, I know that the Cox email account cox.help@cox.com received it as well.

Cox took something that was not a problem and made it into a problem. Cox managed to have just four emails appear in the Cox Email inbox. HUGE space at top of window is just blank. The COX Blue banner is HUGE sucking up more space.

To "add fuel to the fire," yesterday I received my February Cox billing statement. In conjunction with an announced Cox rate increase, my total charges went up by over $16 per month. Most of that increase was due to a hefty boost in the monthly charge for Cox's "Preferred 100 Internet Service" (which includes email). Unbelievable!
