Or, grab your friends and family for a few hours of giving back. Free Bikes 4 Kidz MN is a fun group volunteer opportunity for everyone!

Affordable Used Bikes & More! Full Cycle is a non-profit social enterprise of Pillsbury United Communities. We are a bicycle recyclery in South Minneapolis, MN that offers support and connection to unhoused youth.

At Bikes4Kids, bikes are donated to us from local bike shops, recycling centers, city governments and individuals. We then refurbish these bikes and give them away, along with a helmet and lock, to someone who might not otherwise be able to afford one.

Free Bikes 4 Kidz: Free Bikes 4 Kidz is a nonprofit organization geared toward helping all kids ride into a happier, healthier childhood by providing bikes to those most in need. Full Cycle: Full Cycle is a nonprofit bicycle shop in south Minneapolis that offers a six-month, paid internship program for homeless youth.

The organizations below have programs that offer free and/or reduced-costs bikes for eligible individuals. Eligibility, and availability vary. Check out each organization for details.

Any young person 24 or under without stable housing can call the shop to schedule a free bike appointment. During this time with Full Cycle staff, youth can get a free bike, lock, lights and helmet or repair their personal bike if they already have one.
