Just saw a these tires for sale. Was wondering how the service is at Costco? I usually go to Americas tire. There they have free rotation, flat repair and warranties on each tire if anything happens. Most importantly I can make an appointment and I’m usually in and out in about an hour. Is Costco’s service about the same?

My car's tire light went on for a while now (nothing wrong with the tire, air pressure normal, and no nail puncture in the tire), so I went to the dealership and they told me it would cost me $950 to replace all four of the TPMS sensors on my car. Same at our Costco - made appointment, shopped for an hour (including trip to food court) and picked up car with new tires. I don’t use them for the free rotation, since my Chevy dealer includes that in the oil change.

2023年5月26日 · Since Costco tire installation is always nitrogen instead of air, it's hard to find nitrogen for topping up your tires. The tire techs at Costco used to check/fill them for you if you pulled up to a bay but these self-serve pumps make it so much more convenient.

Bring your Costco card, also make sure you ask if they have the tires you want in stock because if they don’t then they can’t do the installation same day. You can ask them what tires are compatible with your car at the desk, it helps to know background info about tires for your car to know what you need.

2021年10月21日 · The research I've done recently shopping for new tires showed a general trend that the Costco tire center is in decline. Their warranty policy changes I think made last year led many of the complaints but overall bad customer service was a close second. I won't go there anymore unless something changes.

2021年5月21日 · At my Costco, they have designated parking spaces near the tire center office for tire center customers to park. Grab one of those spots and walk into the office. The service guys will find your car and take care of everything.
