We at the coop were recently donated a Cannondale F400 with a head shock. The only identifying decals on the headshock/fork are "Head shok" and "Ultra." It's an air shock, as there is a schrader valve under the fork crown. Unfortunately, the fork leaks air extremely rapidly.

Hey there, we received a Cannondale CAD3 at our community bike shop. I'll call the product support line Monday, but, in the meantime, can you forum-ers help? Check the image. The serial number is covered by the cable routing clip under the bottom bracket. Do they not want us to see the serial number? Can you help with year and value?

2006年3月20日 · for about the same price, i would try out the cannondale. i had a trek 4900 which is similar to the 6500 now....its ok as well...the 04 model has a really nice paint job compare to anything in its price range including the f400 the 6500 does have better brakes...

I ride a 1998 cannondale f400. I came across another one on craigslist that is an f400 from about the same era with the same paint scheme except it has a v type frame. I looked all over and couldn't find any specs about the v frame bike on bikepedia or vintagecannondale.

Reads great but stock rack will just not fit good on this bike glad you got it..Great that your decided to teach your kid DT shifters .For this bike and your intentions would suggest going with nicer vintage 110BCD MTB triple with stock gearing which should work good and allow for nearly unlimited gearing options if needed.
