Let's take the latest October Patch Tuesday patch, KB5031356. I run Vulscan on my computer, and I see Vulscan detecting that my computer is missing KB5031356. I then see it download the patch from either the core server or the Windows update catalogue and then run it, which goes in. I've even seen Vulscan apply the 22H2 upgrade to assets with 21H2.

What settings are you using on the General tab, especially for "Engine, data, and patch download location" and "Network"? Lastly, it could help to view the logs created by the agent. Go to New > Windows Patch > Patch Group > Name this whatever you like; When the patch catalog comes up, search for the patch by number, in your case 2758694 (newer patch). Make sure that Security Patches is checked on the Patch type section and that the Smart Filters is set to All Patches, so this is not hidden from the search view.

2020年12月2日 · If so, turning that off will prevent the patch from installing. I don't see the harm in scanning for the vulnerability, as long as the patch itself doesn't get installed. So as long as the patch is not set to Autofix, or the Agent on the server has Autofix disabled, it won't install unless you create a Repair Task for it.

Both versions will need to have been origianlly installed via the MSI and need to be in "program files" and "program files (x86)" for both versions in the definition to detect and patch. Make sure that is the case for both versions on the client. If it is open a case for support.
