2010年8月4日 · You are speaking to View>Full Screen Reading while I think the OP is speaking of the old Office Menu>Print>Print Preview feature. To get that feature back you have to add the control PrintPreviewEditMode to the QAT or the ribbon.

2010年8月26日 · If you want the "classic" Print Preview, then right-click on the QAT, select Customize Quick Access Toolbar, and, in the Customize the Quick Access Toolbar dialog, select All Commands under "Choose commands from" (note that Commands Not in the Ribbon will not do), select Print Preview Edit Mode, and click Add.

2011年5月23日 · To reenable the classic Print Preview (which you would in any case want to have more accessible than through File | Print), go to Customize the Quick Access Toolbar, select All Commands, and find Print Preview Edit Mode. As the name implies, you can edit the document in this view (by turning off the Magnifier).

Right-click the QAT and choose "Customize Quick Access Toolbar." In the ensuing dialog, for "Choose commands from," select "All Commands." Scroll down to Print Preview Edit Mode and select it.

2013年12月11日 · I've created a word 2010 document that includes a few words functions - and all looks well, but when I go to print, the preview shows that the sections are jumbled, different space's have been created and other objects have moved. When I go back to the document, everything has moved. I have to reopen the document to edit it. Thanks . Mike

For Microsoft word 2010, how come there is no print preview for selected tex like Microsoft Excel. For example, when you print preview a selected text in excel 2010, only the selected tex shows up in print preview.

2010年12月29日 · Print Preview screen is completely blank. However, I do have a document in normal view. Attempts to print or convert the file end up as blank pages. Is the problem with printer settings or Word settings? Other saved documents are previewing and printing normally.

2012年2月8日 · Word 2010. When in print preview is there a way to turn on the Page Up and Page Down keys to scroll through your document? Currently all you can do is use the arrows next to the page number in the lower left.

I have microsoft word 2010. I have a document with comments on the side and would like to print the document and the comments under each text that it comments on. I would like to preview what this print job will look like. I only have a black and white printer and want to make sure that it doesn't have the blue bubbles or the comments on the side.
