To clarify, there are two issues at play, both likely related. 1) My PC network connection is showing as connected to my home network but not connected to the internet, however I can actually access the Internet as I am online accessing websites such as this forum from the same PC.

Roku Ultra is direct wired via ethernet cable and will intermittently freeze with message no internet connection which is not true as the connection is fine on the smart TV apps. When I follow the prompts to check the connection most of the time it says it can't start and I need to restart the device. It's pretty much doing this all the time now.
