For the hours of our warehouse services, such as gas station, pharmacy, optical department, etc., find your desired warehouse location and select the Store Details section. Any service with only a phone number has the same hours as the warehouse.

Desktop or Laptop Computer: Head to Costco.com. You can click the blue “Feedback” tab on the right side of the screen. Costco Mobile App: Apple Device: Tap the “More” button, then select “App Feedback.” Android Device: Open the main menu and select “Feedback.”

Call your local warehouse and choose the phone menu option for Membership. Select Contact Us . However you choose to get in touch, please know that it helps speed up the process if you have either the item number or the product description handy!

Or, if you prefer, please feel free to visit a Costco Hearing Center in person. We recommend checking to see if a Hearing Center is available at your nearby location prior to dropping in — you can find a list of Costco warehouse locations near you here .
