2008年2月3日 · Gears are great but there is no substitute for power when pulling large tires in the mud. For a 44" tire you should be starting out with the proper gearing and a minimum of 500 hp to get the tires to start to work. That's why so many comp mudboggers run skinny 34-38" boggers. They actualy have the power to make them work.

2004年11月10日 · Im gonna be running full size mog 404s (69inches wide) on 3.5 inch backspacing hummer 2 wheels with cut down mag runflats on 44 inch boggers. I did the math and I should be about 92 inches wide. I have everything ready and just need to put it on my truck. I have a feeling that my tires may hit my springs on full turn.

Ran 36x12.50, then 38.5x12.50 SX tires on my waggie D44. Never blew a stock shaft, though I upgraded to Warn and CTM. Never had an issue with the 4.56 gears in them, or the detroit. What I did go through was ball joints. It didn't matter what brand I used, 6 months was the MOST I would get out of them before they started loosening up.

2008年12月25日 · I run those same 44" tires in the snow on 15x15 6 lug rims. And 44" Boggers in the rocks on 15x12 rims with 6 lug rims. I have a solid axle front 60 with 6 lug 9/16 Studs. Rear axle is true high 9"ff with black birds 6 lug hubs. The reason why I went with 6 lug is because I had two sets of bead locks.

2014年5月10日 · Thank y'all very much! I plan to run 11.2x24 tractor tires or 44x13.50x15 boggers! I also posted my own post because everybody does their own straight axle conversion different! Different style of lifts and springs and axles and I figured why not just ask to get a specific answer! Was just looking for some help and guidance for my first build!
