2023年7月12日 · I've bought keto friendly candy from ChocZero a few times. They taste good, and they're keto friendly, but you have to REALLY be careful because even the keto friendly sweets can trigger cravings, hunger and binge eating.

Extremely dark chocolate (>80% cacao) is the only candy that would ever interest me. My taste buds don't crave sweet often anymore, but I make no-bake keto cookies that also fill any void.

2024年4月8日 · So I'm hoping you guys can suggest some prepackaged snacks/candy/deserts that I can have that use a sweetener like erythritol, that doesn't act like sugar. Alternatively, if you have some evidence or reasons to believe that vegetable glycerin and/or maltitol are not really so bad and they fit well in a keto diet, I'm very willing to listen.

2023年4月7日 · I work in a place where I talk a lot and don't have access to water often. Normally i would suck on some hard candy but obviously can't with keto. I tried sugar free candy but the sorbitol destroyed my guts so that's out. Any recommendations?

Now, most sugar alcohols have little or no impact on blood glucose and generally they're fine for keto (especially erythritol, an especial darling of anyone on keto who likes to indulge a sweet craving).

2015年12月14日 · I've made some peanut butter cups that are keto friendly. It's cream cheese, coconut oil, natural peanut butter, cocoa, dark chocolate (80%+), sugar free vanilla syrup, and a couple of sweetener packets.
