Oct 11, 2023 · Not everybody is gonna figure out that the ending is original, so a lot of people are gonna think that the manga is actually ass bad as those last 2 episodes. It's what happened to me. I watched the anime years ago and the ending was so bad I couldn't be asked to read the manga and eventually forgot about it.

Both of these series follow female warriors and their male companions. They both have this extremely bad-ass feel while showing that they both have a sensitive side. These two anime are very similar in this aspect, but totally different in every other. Give them both a try.

Clair's partial (!) awakening winning the day. All I really remember about the ending is the feeling of disapointment. The manga ended up closing on a similar note, but at least it had the courtesy to tie up most of the subplots before rushing into a bland and soulless ending. I HONESTLY thought the manga and anime endings were basically equal.
