But be aware, that it has to be done while the monitor is running, and theres obviously high voltages inside the monitor, where the flyback is located. Jun 11, 2020 · You may see HV leaking off the anode cap or its lead (the thick wire running from the crt to the flyback). Sometimes you can just replace the anode lead. If the flyback itself is leaking you may be in trouble.
