Immediately after upgrading to Windows 10 my Arc keyboard intermittently shuts down (no keystrokes seen / power on/off doesn't work) and needs to have the batteries removed to start working again. It will then work for several hours to a day and shut down again.

I know that there is nothing wrong with the keyboard itself because it works fine in my other computer.

I can't get the Arc Keyboard to work. I have downloaded the software and followed all directions for setting up and installing the keyboard. All checks of the system indicated that the computer recognizes that the keyboard is there, but the keyboard and the laptop are not talking. I'm using Vista with a 32bit system.
