I am a former racer from the mid 80s and looking to get back in shape with this and 3x a week road riding. I monitor my workouts with iFit, apple watch, and Whoop strap.

Mar 14, 2022 · According to iFit: You can bypass the iFit feature by pressing and holding down the “iFit” button for approximately 10-15 seconds until the screen activates. Got that from a quick google. You can definitely use this equipment w/o a membership, but TBH iFit is the reason WHY I buy proform/nordictrack. But to each their own. Try iFit on facebook- they are more responsive there than other places.
