Yet it's not included and sold separately (it's slim version) It doesn't have to be included in order to be required for vertical use. Sony gives those small stands to use it in horizontal fashion. Lots of products require accessories for select use and don't include them.

I just bought a JAP version Ps5 Slim in UAE. (CFI-2000A01). Clearly the stores here are saying that it is 120/240v. I checked the manual and PS5 and says 100v. The question was: If the plastic feet (cuz that isn't a "stand") for the horizontal are that long and the disc drive is giving it stability, how would those same plastic feet work for the digital edition without putting the PS5 at an angle?

If you get the PS5 normal (digital edition), you won’t be able to purchase a separate disc drive. Personally, none of these differences are meaningful for me, so I would mostly opt for the PS5 normal. If you need a smaller footprint, or want the digital edition with the option to purchase a disc drive later, go for the PS5 slim.
