I only have been doing grocery runs maybe once or twice a week, grocery store is about half a mile away. It has low miles, haven't rode it much in last 7 years.

2012年6月30日 · Having sold that bike back in the day I have a few thoughts. (I also bought one for myself and after a few rides sold it - I really disliked the ride.) 1. Corrosion also shows up as a milkiness in the carbon tubing, not just aluminum corrosion on the lugs. If you're commuting I wouldn't recommend this bike.

RE the Allez Epic: I'm not an engineer but those severe 90 deg tube ends seem like they'd concentrate a lot of stress on the fancy lug compared to traditional mitred construction.
