Here are two of my favorite exercises for strengthening the adductor muscles. The adductors (inner thigh or groin muscles) are overlooked by many! 👉👉 Follow me if you want a lot of awesome adductor strengthening exercises. 1️⃣ Kneeling Adductor Slides Here is a very simple yet effective exercise for strengthening the adductors.
