I’ve been doing these glute resistance band exercises for yearsssss… they always set my glutes on fire 🔥I do recommend getting a wider resistance band because this one kinda hurt 😅the best part about these exercises is that you can switch it up. you can do just donkey kicks alone as it’s own exercise or just fire hydrants alone. as far as the donkey kick pulses go, I like doing these at the very end for a last push. you can even do fire hydrant pulses too.reps/sets:✅ donkey kicks x fire hydran
