When Primus' gear got stuck in the Rocky Mountains, they were left without their instruments heading into their set for the Sick Sad World Festival last weekend in Las Vegas. Did they panic? Nope. Les and Ler quickly went to the local Guitar Center and picked up a matching P-Bass and Strat ("to be like ZZ Top"). Of course the band rocked it, and while Les commented that the bass played like a dream, they are now auctioning off the instruments for St, Jude's Children's Hospital. | Bass Magazine
