Caribbean Reef Squid

Quickie easy lunch I love squid. Especially with noodles or pasta. Here I’ve just pan fried them and added some cooked hokkien noodles. I didn’t feel like Asian flavours so used some tomatoes I lightly poached in olive oil and garlic the day before. Just added mustard, Rosendal vinegar and smoked paprika. Adding chorizo would be perfect as well as rocket. In future I’d like to use more local squid though so let me know what you do with squid at home. #homemade #squid #healthyrecipes #noodles #ho
