Learning new moves can be very confusing, especially for young wrestlers. That’s why I find it’s best to break down each little movement into small numbered steps. Each step can have a fun and easy name to make them easier for the kids to remember. This approach is also nice because you can work on each little step individually to really hone in on the areas kids are having trouble with.
